President of the Management Board of the Polish Chamber of Commerce for Electronics and Telecommunications. Co-author of the customs policy for the electronics industry and Poland’s strategy for the ITA Agreement (from the point of view of the interests of the electronics industry in Poland).

Member of many working groups on the classification of electronic goods (mainly in the Ministry of Finance and DG TAXUD). Co-author of the “Strategy for the electronics industry until 2010” – adopted by the Council of Ministers on January 7, 2003, Member of the Scientific Council for the Strategic Government Program – “Development of Blue Optoelectronics”, Member of the Scientific Council of the “TIFORA” Consortium. Member of the Program Council of the “IUSER” cluster, Member of the Program Board of the Energy Market Workshops. Member of the Steering Committee of the Sectoral Operational Program “Improvement of the Competitiveness of Enterprises”.

Co-author and head of many working teams preparing tender documentation for alternative telecommunications operators (over 35 documentation in total). He was awarded the Knight’s Cross of the Order of Polonia Restituta (2010). He received the badge “Meritorious for Communications”, the Golden Honorary Badge of the Polish Chamber of Commerce, merit for Polish Culture and the Medal of prof. Janusz Groszkowski. Awarded with the title of “Outstanding Leader” as part of the Polish Quality Award.
