Michał Łuczak (born 1977) has been present since 1989 in the creation and development of a family automotive company founded by St. Mirosław Wróbel. In 1992, the company was authorized by Mercedes-Benz. In 2001 he started working, initially supervising the construction of the company’s first branch located in Opole, of which he became director in 2003. After 5 years, he returned to Wrocław taking the position of financial director and vice president. In 2010, after unscheduled succession, he took the position of the president of the management board.
Over the last decade, the company has made 4 acquisitions on the dealership market and completed 5 investments in showrooms and services. During this time, revenues increased more than five times, placing the company in 6th place in the industry, and 446th in the ranking of the largest companies according to the TOP 2000 list in 2019.
The authorization of the Mazda brand was also obtained, which initially operated within the company, and in 2017 was separated as an independent company, operating within the Wróbel Group.
The company was awarded the title of the Mercedes-Benz dealer of the year four times, the leader of many dealer market awards, including: Best Large Dealership Group, Marketing Event of the Year, Best CSR Initiative. Michał Łuczak was also invited to a meeting of the 12 best dealers from around the world with the president of Daimler A.G, Dr. Dieter Zetsche, winner of the Dolnośląski Gryf award for “Succession with Success”, Man of the Year in the dealership industry. Honored with the Polish Business Leader statuette by BCC.
A graduate of the Wrocław University of Science and Technology at the Faculty of Information Technology and Management, he studied postgraduate management psychology at the University of Wrocław, completed three more fields of study at ICAN (Management / Strategic Leadership Academy / Personal Leadership Academy), currently studying Strategic Management in Crisis also at ICAN.
Socially, he is the Chairman of the Dealers’ Council within the Association of Car Dealers, an organization associating dealers of all car brands, and recently he became the president of the Lower Silesian Chamber of Commerce.
